We are represented by what I consider to be professional staff. From our order desk, drivers, salesmen, and machine operators, we represent the best team I know in taking care of our customers. For any business to survive and prosper it comes down to the customers for whom we are able to provide effective sales and service. I am proud of who we have and how they conduct themselves as it relates to the customer. There is no request that we won’t do our best to handle in a timely fashion so that the customer is taken care of. I have been in this business for the last 40 years and as far as it relates to service, very little has changed about the necessity for good response.
I have been in the shop in the middle of the night in order to re-service some tools that (for whatever reason) the customer needed right away. It could have been as a result of a machine failure at the customers plant, that caused the tools to require almost instant service, or a number of other reasons we encounter on a daily basis. Its what we do, and if we can get it done then we do everything we can to get it serviced and back in the customers plant. Our drivers will go the extra mile to make a special arrangement to get the tool to where it has to be. Our sales people will always put the customer first in order to keep them happy. My inside technicians will juggle their normal work load to get a job in and done. Its just what we do here and I am very proud to be a part of it.
2011 will be our 45th year in operation, and though much has changed in machinery and tools since, one thing that hasn’t is that the customer, our customer, is #1.
